POLICIES:

All our personalized wooden products are made of quality materials, one at a time, to your custom specifications. Please order carefully and make sure you spell the child's name correctly and make sure to carefully read the specs on the product that you are ordering.

Website photos are for artistic rendition purposes only. We reserve the right to make artistic changes as deemed necessary by our crafters and artisans.

We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.

We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error. However, if we have made an error or omission, we will correct and reship the order to you at no charge.

The use of any product shall constitute acceptance the product was satisfactorily received as ordered.

Refunds will not be issued after 60 days from date of order. Returns must me shipped intact and complete as received.

Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you.

Orders: Although we do accept phone orders we do not accept payment information over the telephone. Phone order payments must be made via Paypal email invoice.

Contact Us: The best way to contact us is through e-mail. We are rarely available to accept phone calls, but we monitor our email constantly and will get back to you promptly.

Orders generally ship within 2 weeks.

We ship only within the 48 US States and Canada. Additional Shipping fees and duties apply to Canadian orders.
