All our personalized wooden products are made of quality materials, one at a time, to your custom specifications. Please order carefully and make sure you spell the child's name correctly and make sure to carefully read the specs on the product that you are ordering.
Website photos are for artistic rendition purposes only. We reserve the right to make artistic changes as deemed necessary by our crafters and artisans.
We will not exchange a product once it has been made per your instructions and shipped to you.
We will not remake a product at no charge if you have made an error. However, if we have made an error or omission, we will remake and reship the order to you at no charge.
Should a wooden letter get lost or damaged, we will replace or repair the letter at either a very minimal cost or no cost at all to you.

Puzzle pieces are made out of Baltic Birch plywood which is a light colored very sturdy wood that lies flat and is warp resistant. Names are made using upper and lower case letters. Tall puzzle letters are 2.5" high & short letters 2" and 1/4" thick.
Theme Name Puzzles are 11" to 18" wide, 9.25" high and 1/2" thick.
